Daily Boot Camp Training in Los Angeles
Get in the shape you have always dreamed of. Spend an hour every morning in comprehensive training session and cardio workout with former LAPD Captain II and Army Ranger Robert Gale.
Monday through Friday
Early Morning 6am - 7am
Late Morning 9am -10am
This intense boot camp class combines many different exercises including boxing training, spinning class, step aerobics, kick boxing and weight lifting is designed to build your endurace and help you accomplish your fitness goals.
