Professor Anthony Katsoulas, 5th Dan Shihan (Senior Master)

Shihan Katsoulas is an unarmed Combat and Weapons expert specializing in C.Q.B.T. As the son of a career Diplomat he has traveled the world extensively and at the age of four he began his Martial Arts studies under legendary Masters Yamaguchi, Oyama, Funakoshi and others.

 He is an expert in Karate, Aikido, Judo, Kung-Fu, Aiki-Jujutsu, Kendo and Cane. His entire career has been dedicated to Government and Law Enforcement Service. Being an expert in firearms from handguns to long range weapons, he has been called upon during his career to protect Presidents, Prime Ministers, Heads of State, Members of the Royal Family and Pope John Paul II.

He has worked with the U.S. Secret Service. Former Head of the Diplomatic Security Group (Australia). Australian Special Forces, (SAS) and numerous other Government agencies.

He has trained Police and Military personnel worldwide and is a Certified High Speed Driver and Motorcyclist. Over 20 years of combined Military & Law Enforcement experience.

 Former world class bodybuilder, considered to be one of the strongest men in the world, having bench pressed over 580lbs and leg pressed over 1,500lbs for reps.

Psychology & Law. Psychological Warfare & Counter Terrorism. Languages: English, Greek, Italian, French, Arabic, Russian, and Japanese.

Shihan has been instructing at Atemi L.A. over the past 3 months whilst Shihan Dai Vince Cecere has been recovering from shoulder surgery.
