All Orders:
1. Atemi LA offers a 30 day guarantee on all manufacturer defects. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may send it back in brand new condition for an exchange or store credit. Please include a note to remind us of your wishes. If your product was damaged during shipment, immediately inform us via telephone or e-mail and ship the product back, we will send you a replacement product.
2. Items ordered that are inappropriately sized can be exchanged for a better fitting item with just a phone call. or Email
3. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise, unless the item was returned because of a Atemi LA error. Atemi LA reserves the right to charge additional shipping in order to reship items because of customer error and in the case of an exchange.
4. By ordering, customers take full legal responsibility for all items ordered. This includes age, shipping and possession. All customers must verify under the penalty of perjury that they are over the age of 18 for items shipped. In certain areas, it may not be legal for certain items to be shipped. Atemi LA will cooperate with the legal authorities in your area. Customers are responsible to comply with their local authorities.
5. Atemi LA will randomly contact national, state and local authorities to ensure we are not violating any laws in your area. If we determine there is a problem shipping to the address that you provide, we will contact you to make necessary arrangements.
6. General shipping charges are configured around the item(s) ordered and the location of the shipping address. *Please review Shipping & Returns for more info.
7. All orders are processed within 24-72 business hours and shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground (International orders sent U.S. Priority mail unless requested otherwise. Excluding Weekends and Holidays).However, we are required to ask that you wait 7-10 business days for delivery or pending on your area if shipping internationally.
8. If you prefer a different shipping method you must E-Mail us back or contact us by phone with your request of the Shipping / Handling charges for your order to be processed. Outside the Continental U.S.: Please send an emial to confirm shipping estimates on all international orders. Customer is responsible for payment of duties and/or taxes on all international orders outside the U.S.A. Additional duty, tax and VAT charges are the customer's responsibility. Atemi LA is not responsible for any merchandise sent Internationally once it leaves the United States. All International sales are final. There will be no refunds if the merchandise is lost by the carrier or seized by Customs. Please be sure your order can be shipped to your area before ordering.
