Atemi Kids self defense program is about training for kids that teaches them practical self defense, discipline, self control and respect.

Atemi L.A. is a martial arts academy where we help kids learn life-saving self defense techniques and become more aware of their surroundings. We give them the chance to practice techniques in a safe, fun and challenging environment.

Every child needs protection. We give them ways to think about safety, be aware and make the right decisions in a threatening situation.

Kids Self Defense Classes 3 to 6 years old 

• Tuesday and Thursday -5pm to 5:45pm
• Saturday -10:00am to 10:45

Junior Classes 7 to 13 years old

• Tuesday and Thursday -6pm to 7pm
• Saturday -11am to 12 pm
